Not very unique, but been working on different designs and ideas. I quite like with ribbon inside. 🙂

Every month vivcore forums have a craft challenge. This month was the turn of the- Teru Teru Bouzu
From the forum- ‘These little fellas are supposed to be so happy they cheer away the rain.’
Here’s my little guy-
Back to flowers today. Decided to tackle a larger piece of kimono silk, and then fought with some jeans variant of the ribbon flower.
Todays offering to the craft gods.
All so far together.
using the same method as my tutorial, just with strips of jeans instead 🙂
and afternoon nails as I smudged this mornings 🙁
Today was the day to do something with the second of the two t-shirts I’d been surgerying. (will add link to old one here).
I wanted to make a skirt, but unfortunately there wasnt enough material, then it was going to be a dress- but as you can see, not the most in the way of material!
I love working with t-shirt material, and this was no exception. It did take a bit of fighting to work out how to do it, and it could have
been a wee bit more flattering, but overall it seems like a pretty rrasonable job. I cut the back to show
mr sea chicken tattoo and also to destroy a logo (it’s a bootleg tee and I don’t really like logos anyhow, even if the pattern on the front is maybe a logo.) The picture doesn’t show it so well, but there is a ruffle on the bottom of the top in brown to match the ties on the straps.
Anyways onto the pictures 🙂
Lucky me does have internets. Unlucky me doesn’t have my adaptor for my camera though, so sadly you are dealing with iphone pictures.
I decided that for the week we’re working, every day will have one crafty thing I’ve made. This one comes from an idea I used at christmas (well sinterklass) to make a dinosaur cozy and a kitty one. But rather than a whole cozy, it’s just a hat/scarf thing so I can be warm in winter, and wierd!
I used – Fleece – in green, white and yellow, 4 buttons, and a silly amount of silliness.
If you want I can throw together a tutorial – just ask in the comments 😀
