So the week before last I was in the UK – there were quite a few things that I’d got shipped to my mums (a few issues on occasions with the swedish post system), and then there was a wee bit of a shop at the airport and Lush in Leeds… heh.
So my UK haul comprises of:-
- China Glaze Ridge filler – absolutely excellent for my currently screwed finger (where yes I pulled the nailvarnish off along with some of the nail…)
- China Glaze – Matte Magic, I <3 matte colours at the moment, I’m trying so hard to not buy some manglaze but I don’t think that I’ll be able to hold back much more
- Lush Tea Tree Toner – Need to get some cleansing going, I have shite skin at the moment!
- Lush Dreamcream – to give the new tattoo some love
- Lush Retread (Conditioner) My favourite condioner
- Nfu.Oh 065, and cuticle remover – need I say more?
- Lush Emotibomb – I don’t like them as much as bathbombs, but the smell of it just sat in the bathroom is lush (hee hee)
- Boots Expert Nailpolish remover pen – Excellent for neatening out the errors of my polishing
- Konad Plate M66 iirc, and a Konad Starter set, Konad special nailvarnish in pink
- Stila Makeup brushes.
- Fimo Nailthingys
- Benefit – Sugarbomb blusher, Confessions of a Concealholic and Smikin’ eyes set.
Not pictured are the MAC pentultimate brow liner I mentioned a bit ago, and also a lush Avobath bomb… om nom nom.
I’ll try and update with how I get on with the bits and bobs, I have a few pictures already – but for right now I thought I’d show a few pictures of the Smokin’ Eyes set from Benefit.
Smokin’ Eye’s Benefit
The cute illustrated guide
I’m a big fan of benefit – my favourite and only foundationy type thing is their ‘Hello Flawless’ and I adore their primer. They aren’t cheap sadly, but I can never resist their stall at the airport when I go through. I was originally looking for something to help with the stupid dumb problem I seem to have with my eyebrows at the moment, but I’ve always wanted the little set they had so I purchashed it!

Guess which eye is made up?

The definition I got on the eyebrows is pretty nice, though I still need to fight them with the shape a little more.

I didn’t actually use the eyeliner with the kit, preferring one of my 24/7 Urban Decay liners (in a sort of eggplant though the name escapes me). I also fucked up on the tutorial *hides. The mascara is a bog standard Body Shop one.

I like the kit – it’s very easy to take everywhere I travel – the tweezers are good, and the brushes are okay – the angled one is a little annoying, but it functions.
And Airport OoTD!

- Necklace – Mull
- Top and Cardigan – H&M
- Skirt – Indiska
- Belt – Indiska
Quite possibly my favourite pairing with the skirt, I love that belt to pieces!
