Carrying on with the awesome things that I got sent the other day. This is Happy Birthday which I expected to be pinky but actually looked all coppery when I added some Pixie Epoxy under it. Not that I’m complaining though – I think it went really nicely with Aztec Gold.
Quite a simple look really, and I’d quite like to use the Happy Birthday dry as well since I think that it could work as a gentler shade as well.

I’m driving home (well to England at least) today, so should be able to get some nicer camera updates tomorow/Monday, though I have a few family members to visit.

My look is not really that exciting, but playing (yet again) with the Aromaleigh, this time going for a more Victoriana look. Apologies for the iphone pictures!

Yesterday I went for a semi neutral look again using some of my Fyrinnae makeup – Meerkat from the endangered collection.
Also gave these lovely earrings an outting (14mm plugs if you’re interested – from Frozenfire ) Just before a friends wedding I had a set of 3 pairs of plugs made – these a more purpely pair and a pearly coloured pair. Sadly I *think* the pearly pair got accidently thrown out while I was in the UK – but the other two pairs are just awesome. Head over to his site if you’re needing any plugs say I!

Not really that complex, no attempts at blending other than a bit of light at the top.
The staying power combined with the pixie epoxy is incredible, and much appreciated given my abilities to rub my eyes completely forgetting about the eyeshadow!
I can imagine now you’re wondering what this picture means, or what it is… this hole of land is going to be our new home in around a years time! Exciting huh? I will be keeping this updated as building work starts, but as you can see right now, it’s just somewhere for the workders to keep their tools.
So feeling very cheerful and springy, let the hair have it’s own way for once, and accesorised with the old trusty hairclip from H&M. Excuse spotlicious chin. :/

I really feel as though the MAC brow liner is making a difference to my brows even if its not overly obvious.
So the week before last I was in the UK – there were quite a few things that I’d got shipped to my mums (a few issues on occasions with the swedish post system), and then there was a wee bit of a shop at the airport and Lush in Leeds… heh.
So my UK haul comprises of:-
Not pictured are the MAC pentultimate brow liner I mentioned a bit ago, and also a lush Avobath bomb… om nom nom.
I’ll try and update with how I get on with the bits and bobs, I have a few pictures already – but for right now I thought I’d show a few pictures of the Smokin’ Eyes set from Benefit.
I’m a big fan of benefit – my favourite and only foundationy type thing is their ‘Hello Flawless’ and I adore their primer. They aren’t cheap sadly, but I can never resist their stall at the airport when I go through. I was originally looking for something to help with the stupid dumb problem I seem to have with my eyebrows at the moment, but I’ve always wanted the little set they had so I purchashed it!

The definition I got on the eyebrows is pretty nice, though I still need to fight them with the shape a little more.
I didn’t actually use the eyeliner with the kit, preferring one of my 24/7 Urban Decay liners (in a sort of eggplant though the name escapes me). I also fucked up on the tutorial *hides. The mascara is a bog standard Body Shop one.
I like the kit – it’s very easy to take everywhere I travel – the tweezers are good, and the brushes are okay – the angled one is a little annoying, but it functions.

Cards from home, from mum and sister – good old Jäger and an easter card of much cute.
Ring with Amythests from Toomaj’s parents, He was kind enough to warn me about it so I didn’t think he’d got me a ring haha!
The Red or Dead glasses I’ve been uberdrooling over – from Toomaj’s sister and Toomaj.
Nina perfume, sweet but sits on my skin really nicely – lovely sweet bottle too. I did love another of her fragrances – Lolita Lempik or something similar, but it seems like its not being continued, which is a bit of a boo.
Since I was all cheerful I went for a nicer than usual outfit for going out to the shopping centrey place and for lunch – so have an OoTD
And of course makeup shots, well eyeshadow 
Used the Sugarpill palette in Cold heart and Tiara loose for eye centrethingybits, no other makeup on the fizzog as my skin was a bit pissed at me for covering it in goo and not taking care of it. Bad Gemma.
Ignore the eyebrow of utter fail (next on my learn how to do list is making those badboys sexy)
And some semi fail at trying to blend, haha – oh well I *think* I’m learning. Now… should my birthday treat to myself involve some makeup from Sugarpill….. why yes! yes it should!
Yarr back to Svenska today (Svenska som Andra Språk to be precise) and so time to crack out some more sugarpill shiny colours.
I’m in love with the sugarpill shades at the moment, I do have a review that I’ll be putting up some point this next week, but want a few more eye’s to add to it first (and I may attempt to write some of it in swedish, just out of interest!).
